Darien Brito is an audiovisual artist and self-taught creative coder. Originally trained in music, he developed a strong interest in algorithms, computer graphics, micro-sound, generative art, and complex systems. Driven by a pragmatic approach and with a focus on strong sensorial experiences, he has created work in a wide array of formats: from music for solo instruments, orchestra, electronics, theatre, film, opera and dance, to visual effects, interactive installations, live audiovisual performances and digital art.

Metamorphosis I (M1) is a landscape that endlessly translates, scales, and rotates its elements over time. The animation is built with the concept of a perfect loop, creating a continuous and fluid motion without a noticeable beginning or end. M1 is also a visualizer of Ethereum network traffic. The viewer can enable this mode via the parameters. When active, blocks will move faster if traffic is low, and slower when the network is busier.
