Gabriel Massan is a multidisciplinary and new media artist, known for creating immersive worlds that explore inequality within the Latin American experience through “fictional archaeology.” Drawing inspiration from Saidiya Hartman’s “critical fabulation,” Massan blends personal experiences with conceptual storytelling across 3D animation, digital sculpture, games, and interactive installations. His work challenges colonial and capitalist structures, aiming to foster alternative ways of coexistence free from oppressive constructs.
